Grown in Uji’s oldest tea garden, with over 650 years of history, this matcha is crafted from a blend of three cultivars: Yabukita, Samidori, and Okumidori. Ceremonial grade, first harvest, shaded for 21 days, and stone-ground in small batches. Matcha that is exceptionally soft, with floral notes, a hint of honey, and a profound umami depth.
